Great health starts with being prepared. Ideally, I spend a few hours on sunday in my kitchen getting ready for the week. I, like most of you lead a very busy life and If I don’t take a few hours on the weekend it doesn’t get done.
This week:
Bone broth (chicken), mayo, yogurt from raw milk (it was milk pick up week), grated 1 pound raw milk cheese, dehydrated apples, dehydrated dill (Aero Garden produced a lot last week), 1/2 gallon of tea (my own special blend), rice, Butternut Squash for the soup of the week.
Fridge is stocked with meat for the week. I still need to buy my vegetables.
